The Ombudsman Channel is the official, independent, and impartial channel designed to expand dialogue, promote transparency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and services.
This channel should preferably be used as a second-level channel, when matters previously addressed through primary service channels have not been resolved satisfactorily.
