Where is my submission forwarded?
All submissions registered through the Ombudsman Channel are initially received by Contato Seguro, an external and independent company partnered with PetroReconcavo. Contato Seguro operates with its own team of qualified and trained professionals.
The company acts with full independence and impartiality, having no ownership ties or any relationship that could create a conflict of interest with PetroReconcavo. This ensures objectivity and neutrality during the initial handling of all submissions.
How can I track my submission?
Once a submission is made, a reference number (protocol) will be generated. To track the status, follow the steps below:
1. Access the homepage of the website.
2. Scroll down to the section “Track your Submission”.
3. Enter your reference number.
If the submission was made by phone, the specialist will inform you of the reference number. Please write it down so you can track it later.
Additional information may be requested regarding your submission. These messages can only be accessed using the reference number.
Can I attach files to my report?
Yes. The Ombudsman Channel allows you to attach any type of file to your submission via the website. If your submission was made by phone, you can later access the website using your reference number and upload any supporting documents or evidence related to your report.
