Our Whistleblowing Channel is a communication tool where anyone can safely report, and if desired anonymously, any action by employees, suppliers and service providers that violates the Code of Conduct and/or the Anti-Corruption Program of Eletrobras Companies or, even, the legislation in force in Brazil.
A Whistleblowing Channel offers several benefits:

The Whistleblowing Channel exists to protect us all! Through it, you can report behavior that is not in line with our values 100% anonymously, helping us to maintain a always safe and healthy work environment.

Yes! Anonymity is guaranteed. Even if your report is identified, Eletrobras' report handling department will not provide your data during the investigation process.
Even so, if you choose to remain anonymous, do not provide details that could reveal your identity.
How does the outsourced Whistleblowing Channel work?
Our Channel is managed by Contato Seguro, an independent and impartial company that receives reports with a guarantee of integrity. Therefore, the report is received by the outsourced company and then forwarded to the Eletrobras investigation team to continue the investigation, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the report.
Therefore, those who file the report do not run the risk of having their identity discovered.
How does it work in practice?
1. Contato Seguro receives your report.
2. Your IP (number that identifies the computer) is not shared.
3. The report is sent to the Eletrobas investigation team to carry out the investigation.
Will my identity be protected from retaliation?
Yes! The report is received by Contato Seguro, a completely independent organization, with no connection whatsoever to our company.
Therefore, our organization demonstrates its commitment to ethics, integrity and the well-being of our teams, promoting a safer, fairer and more inclusive work environment for all of us. Remember:

What is the flow of handling reports?
Your report is received by a specialized external company, there is an initial analysis to assess whether the report is within the scope of the Whistleblowing Channel and whether there is sufficient information to proceed with the investigation.
Investigation and Internal Audit produce their reports indicating whether or not the reports are valid.
Investigation reports may result in the issuance of recommendations and/or application of penalties.
Business areas receive proposals for process improvements, when applicable. The whistleblower receives a response to the conclusion in the Whistleblowing Channel.
What are the guarantees of protection for whistleblowers?
Through the Regulation for the Management and Treatment of Peports and Infractions of Eletrobras Companies, the Code of Conduct, Ethics and Integrity, and the Policy on Consequences of Eletrobras Companies, protection for whistleblowers in good faith is guaranteed, including against possible retaliation, which is treated as infractions. Whistleblowers can make their reports anonymously, but if they provide their data, they are protected throughout the entire process of handling and investigating reports, including after their completion. The external Whistleblowing Channel itself has access restrictions and only members of the macro process of management and treatment of reports can access it, upon signing a confidentiality agreement.
How long does it take to investigate a report?
The time it takes for a registered report to be investigated and for any potential liability to be determined depends on the content and complexity of each report. The complainant will always be informed at the end of the report about the conclusion of the report, in addition to receiving intermediate information about the treatment. The complainant will also be able to monitor the progress of the report through the individual protocol and password provided at the time of registering the report.
How can I track my report?
When you make a report, you receive a protocol number. This number is essential to track the progress of your report. Here's how to track your report:
