There are two very important things you need to know:- You can make your complaint anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
- To monitor the progress of your report, if you choose to remain anonymous, write down and save the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.
In order for your report to be analyzed in the best possible way, it is important to include as much information as possible, including any evidence you can gather. This will allow us to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not comply with the following duties:
