For your statement to be successfully concluded, it is important to provide as much information as possible. This way, it will be possible to validate the data of your report and take the necessary measures.
Your statement may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not comply with the duties of:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Act with loyalty, kindness, and good faith;
- Do not act impulsively;
- Present the information that was requested from you to clarify the facts.
