Novelis - Report - Introduction

The Novelis Ethical Line is a totally secure and confidential tool

Anyone can report irregularities such as bullying, harassment, fraud, robbery, and discrimination.

The whistleblower’s information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro; an external, independent company specialized in Ethical Line.

You need to know two very important things:

You can make your report anonymously, that is, without having to identify yourself;
To track the progress of your report, you will receive a protocol number. Write down and save your protocol number for consultation, as this is the only way to track your report, ok?

If your report concerns general suggestions for improvement or questions about various issues (payment, benefits, etc.), this is not the appropriate channel. If you are a Novelis employee, please contact HR; if you are a supplier/client, please contact your contract manager.

Read it carefully!

For your report to be successfully completed, you must provide as much information as possible, including the evidence that you can gather. Then, it will be possible to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.

Below are some suggestions for making your report:

Expose the facts according to the truth;
Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
Don't act impulsively;
Provide the information trequested to clarify the facts.
