The TIC Trens whistleblowing channel is a completely safe and confidential tool.
The complainant's information will be received and processed by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in whistleblowing channels.
When you accept the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to carry out through the Channel — make a report or ask a question.
You need to know two very important things:- You can file your report or question anonymously, that is, without needing to identify yourself.
- To track the progress of your report or question, write down and keep the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.
For your report to be successfully completed, it is important to include as much information as possible, including any evidence you are able to gather. This will make it possible to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not comply with the duties of:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Proceed with loyalty, kindness and good faith;
- Don't act impulsively;
- Provide the information trequested to clarify the facts.
