Why does our company need the Women's Channel?
The company aims to create a safe and healthy work environment for all women. In addition to current laws, such as Law 14,457/22, we have a set of standards that are present in our Code of Conduct:
• A guide that determines the behaviors that must be followed by our employees, suppliers and business partners.
Even so, some malicious attitudes may occur, putting not only the group at risk, but also our collaborators and other colleagues.
• That's why the Women's Channel exists!
Through it, you, the employee, can report 100% anonymously, irregularities that do not comply with our values and laws, helping us to maintain a safe and healthy working environment for everyone.
How it works?
The Channel is outsourced, managed by Contato Seguro, an independent and impartial company and all reporting is handled by a 100% female team.

• The tool is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Will my identity be protected?
Yes! All complaints are received by Contato Seguro, a completely exempt organization with no connection whatsoever with the company.
• Your identity will not be revealed under any circumstances.
• Anonymity and confidentiality of information are guaranteed.
• You will be 100% protected against any retaliation.
• Your computer IP number will not be identified.
What types of cases can I report through the channel?
You can and should report any attitude that puts women at risk, that is not consistent with the laws or our Code of Conduct. Check out the examples:
• Moral or sexual harassment
• Discrimination
• Disclosure of confidential matters
• Power abuse
• Aggression
• Between others
Do I need to have proof?
No. Based on your report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to an Ethics Committee, which will begin the investigation and correctly handle the report. Action will only be taken after the irregularity has been investigated.
• If you have any proof, it is important that it is forwarded, the system allows you to attach any type of file (such as photos, videos, audios, etc.).
What benefits does the channel bring?
The Channel helps us keep the company safe for women, free from irregularities, preventing and combating attitudes that can be harmful to everyone.
The result of this is an increasingly healthier, welcoming, transparent, ethical work environment with more opportunities for everyone.
How do I follow up on my report?
When making a report, a protocol will be generated. To follow the progress, follow these steps:

2. Scroll down to the 'Track your report' section
3. Enter the protocol number
4. Click on the arrow to advance
• It is possible that the committee will request more information about the report, through messages that can only be accessed through the protocol.
