Alubar Group believes that building a more ethical environment and ensuring the effectiveness of an Integrity Program is only possible with the unconditional participation of all individuals who, directly or indirectly, are part of our companies.
Based on this premise, Alubar is committed to fostering a safe and respectful workplace, free from any form of discrimination or harassment. We value human rights and are dedicated to preventing violations, avoiding environmental degradation, and mitigating situations that may result in negative social impacts. This commitment extends throughout our entire value chain, promoting these principles among our partners and suppliers.
Regarding discrimination and harassment, we remain attentive to psychosocial risks that may affect the mental health and well-being of our employees and work continuously to mitigate them.
Any act that violates the Code of Ethical Conduct, the Third Party Code of Conduct, internal policies, or applicable legislation — especially those related to corruption, fraud, crimes against public administration, harassment, discrimination, environmental crimes, and other irregularities — must be reported. This includes, but is not limited to, laws such as Law 12.846/13 (Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law), FCPA, UKBA, and CFPOA (Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act). In addition, any information or situation that may harm Alubar Group or any of its stakeholders may be reported through its Ethics Channel.
The Alubar Group Ethics Channel is operated by Contato Seguro, a serious and independent company that ensures the confidentiality of all information. All information related to the report will only be accessed by the Ethics Committee, which is ethically bound to maintain confidentiality. Reports are screened by trained psychologists.
