Through it, it is possible to send and reports of unethical or inconsistent with our way of thinking and acting, provided in our Code of Ethics.

Contato Seguro serves companies from several segments, in many states of Brazil, contributing to the process of transparency and maintenance of ethical principles of its customers.

The channel is a safe and anonymous tool, used by all audiences that relate to the CPFL Energia Group.

What happens after I register a report?

A specialized team from Contato Seguro will receive the calls, e-mails or messages through this website and will make a first analysis and direct the reports to the committee elected by our company, responsible for the investigation (COMET).

This committee will analyze, investigate, and take action when necessary.

No employee will be identified and everyone who accesses this channel will receive a protocol number to access the channel again and follow up on the report.
