What types of cases can I report through the Channel?
You can and should report any behavior that does not comply with the law or with our Code of Ethics and Conduct. See some examples below:
• Fraud
• Misuse or waste of resources
• Disclosure of confidential information
• Discrimination
• Moral or sexual harassment
• Abuse of power
• Physical aggression

Do I need to have evidence?
No. Once you make a report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to an Ethics Committee, which will begin an investigation and handle the report appropriately. Action will only be taken after the irregularity is confirmed.
• If you do have evidence, the system allows you to attach any type of file (such as photos, videos, audio, etc.).
• If you report by phone, the specialist will explain how to send the evidence.
If I denounce it, will I suffer consequences?
Never! We value and protect complainants because this attitude is essential to guaranteeing a safe and ethical working environment.
We guarantee total confidentiality, protection of your anonymity and the utmost secrecy of all information. You don't have to worry about any consequences for denouncing any kind of inappropriate or unethical behavior.
The report is completely safe! There is no risk of data leakage or retaliation. So don't be afraid to report it, either as a victim or a witness.
What are the benefits of the Channel?
Contato Seguro has a team of psychologists ready to support you. These professionals have no connection with our company, and reports are received in a 100% confidential manner.
• There is no risk of your voice or situation being identified, revealed, or leaked by anyone.
• Under no circumstances will our company or the committee responsible for the investigation know who submitted an anonymous report through the Channel.
Do I need proof to make a report?
No! Based on your report, Contato Seguro will forward the information to the company's Ethics Committee, which will start the investigation and deal with the report correctly. Action will only be taken once the irregularity has been confirmed.
• If you have any proof, the system allows you to attach any type of file such as photos, videos, audio, etc.
• If it's over the phone, the psychologist who takes your call will explain how to send the evidence.
How can I track my report?
When you submit a report, a tracking number (protocol) will be generated. To follow up on the status, follow these steps:
1. Go to contatoseguro.com.br/valid.
2. Scroll down to the “Track Report” section.
3. Enter your protocol number.
4. Click the arrow to proceed.
If the report was made by phone, the specialist will provide the protocol number. Be sure to write it down so you can check back later.
• The Ethics Committee may request additional information through messages that can only be accessed with the protocol number.
