About Valid’s Whistleblowing Channel<
Valid’s Whistleblowing Channel is a safe, independent, and confidential space managed by the specialized company Contato Seguro and hosted outside the company’s systems. It reinforces our commitment to ethics, transparency, and respect in the workplace.
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the channel can be accessed by employees, third parties, and the general public, allowing reports of irregularities or inappropriate conduct with full assurance of anonymity and confidentiality.
Among the issues that can be reported are acts of corruption, fraud, and other irregularities provided for in Brazilian Law No. 12.846/2013, anti-competitive practices, as well as situations related to human rights violations, harassment, discrimination, and environmental degradation.
And remember: Valid values a healthy and respectful work environment. Therefore, we do not tolerate any form of retaliation against those who file a report.
