The reporter’s information will be received and handled by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in whistleblowing channels.
You need to know two very important things:- You can submit your report, question, or suggestion anonymously or with identification. Regardless of your choice, your information is secure.
- To track your report, write down and keep your protocol number. It is through this number that you will follow the progress of your communication on this channel.
To support the investigation of your report, it is important that you provide as much information as possible, including evidence, if available.
