You need to know two very important things:- You may submit your report, suggestion, or question anonymously, meaning you do not need to identify yourself;
- To follow the progress of the report, if you choose to remain anonymous, write down and keep the protocol number that will be generated. It will not be possible to generate a new number if it is lost.
For your report to be analyzed in the best possible way, it is important to provide as much information as possible, including any evidence you are able to gather. This will make it possible to validate the information in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not comply with the duties to:
