The SLC Group signed a partnership for the launch of this new communication channel, to receive suggestions and reports of unethical or inconsistent conduct with our way of thinking and acting.

To make this channel operational, we hired a completely independent third-party company, called Contato Seguro. This company serves organizations from different segments, in several States of Brazil. This contributes to the transparency process and to the maintenance of the ethical principles of customers.

This channel provides employees with a safe and anonymous tool, for them to inform the occurrence of potentially harmful facts to the SLC Group. In addition, the Channel also allows employees to make suggestions for improvements in operational processes. A specialized team from Contato Seguro will receive calls or messages via this website, make a first analysis and direct reports to the committee. This committee will analyze, investigate and take actions when necessary.

No employees will be identified and everyone who accesses this channel will receive a protocol number, with which they will be able to access the channel again and find out how the matter they reported is.
