The FDC’s Company Ethics Channel is a totally secure and confidential tool
Anyone can report wrongdoing such as harassment, fraud, theft and discrimination.
By accepting the terms set out on this page, you will be redirected to the form corresponding to the action you wish to take through the Channel — make a complaint, ask a question or make a suggestion.
Two things you need to know:- You can make your report anonymously, without needing to identify yourself;
- To follow up on your report, you will receive a protocol number. Please write down and keep your protocol number for reference, as this is the only way to track your report, okay?
To successfully complete your report, it is important that you provide as much information as possible, including any evidence you can gather. This will allow us to validate the data in your report and take the necessary measures.
Your report may be closed without a conclusive response if it does not meet the following obligations:
- Expose the facts according to the truth;
- Act with loyalty, kindness, and good faith;
- Do not act impulsively;
- Present the information that was requested from you to clarify the facts.
